England stay on top of the table after a magnificent last year. They won the MegaCup and International Premier League double, while IPL runners-up Brazil again take the consolation of second place. Following Czech Republic's shock failure to qualify for EuroCup '08, the United States enters the top ten after getting to the final of July's MegaCup, which beforehand their campaign included a stunning victory over Brazil, despite losing to England. Another surprise package is Canada, who surprisingly won the AmeriCup last year, where the Canucks stunned Argentina 1-0 and held Brazil 2-2, as well as beating the U.S. 2-0 in the final.
