England came back from 1-0 down with two headers from John Macdonald against the USA.
The US took a shock lead after only four minutes after Marcus Holmgren's corner was met by the head of skipper Jimmy-Jack Perry.
England didn't look prepared for the American corner as Baltimore Blues defender Perry was unmarked.
But London United's young centre-back Macdonald responded with two quick headers from set pieces in the second half.
