Scots draw 0-0 in Germany

Wednesday 6th February - Friendly

A dogged Scotland drew 0-0 with Germany in Berlin.

Tartan coach Angus McAllister will be happy with his side's defensive display - the Scots did not give the Germans a single chance.

Craig Borchers and John Jeffries gave German strike partnership Jurgen Braun and Sammy Schneider a hard time, with the Scottish centre-backs sniffed out every chance, showing why they'll be the major force for their nation in EuroCup 2008.

And there were times when Scotland could have almost won the game, Craig Wisniewski hitting the bar 10 minutes from time.

But the game ended scoreless and the Scots will be pleased as they continue to prepare for EuroCup 2008.
